Kartik Trivedi

I received my Ph.D. from Brandeis University, specializing in the intersection of AI, algorithms, and human decision-making in workplace contexts. My research broadly explores how AI influence work processes, focusing on fairness and inclusion. With a background in disability policy and a commitment to inclusion, my aim is to shape technology and organizational decisions that promote equity and human-centered approaches in increasingly AI-driven workplaces.
